15. Why do I get a duplication message when I try to send a voucher of the same amount to the same number?

 

There is a waiting period in place.

If necessary to get around this you can use one of the following:

  1. Send a voucher of a different amount

 

  2.Send the vouchers at the same time:

     Buy 1234 L100 2 3456768

 

  3.Allow vouchers to come to your lime phone and then add to the customer’s phone.

     Send the following text message to have the voucher come to your phone:

     Text Format: Buy pin ProductCode amount

     Example: Buy 1234 L100 1
